Willpower Software is a Stellenbosch company that develops, installs and supports its own point of sale and back office software. The people who write the code are the people who take the support calls, which is why the awkward cases get fixed.
Where we come from
Willpower began as a back-office system for costing hospitality operations down to the smallest unit of measure, with a point of sale built to match. Over the years it grew into a full retail and hospitality suite used by supermarkets, liquor stores, restaurants, forecourts and multi-branch groups across South Africa.
Where we are going
In 2026 the whole suite was rebuilt on a modern Windows platform with a single design across the till and the back office, a cloud that receives every branch's trading as it happens, supplier invoices read by AI, and integrations with Xero, Sage, AddPay, Vexen and MasterFuel. Every client on a licence runs the current version.
