Each integration removes a place where someone used to re-type a number: the card amount, the day's sales in the ledger, the supplier invoice, the fuel total.
Xero
Connect each company to its own Xero organisation from Willpower Cloud. Sales and purchases flow to Xero with the detail the accountant needs, without a spreadsheet in between. Secure OAuth sign-in with only the permissions required.
Sage
Exchange stock and sales information with Sage. Item codes are matched to your Sage codes, and supplier shipments exported from Sage are received into the right branch.
AddPay
Integrated card payments on AddPay terminals. The till sends the amount to the terminal, waits for the approval and records the card details on the slip. Refunds go back to the card.
Vexen
Integrated card payments on Vexen terminals, including account and split tenders. No amount is ever keyed into the terminal by hand.
MasterFuel
Live pump status and fills on the till, attendant cash-ups and owner reports. See the forecourt page.
WhatsApp and email
Statements, invoices and reports emailed from the Back Office on your letterhead. Notifications to the owner by WhatsApp.
