Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal information Willpower Software collects, why, and your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we collect on this website
- Contact form. Your name, business name, email address, telephone number and message, used only to answer your enquiry.
- Server logs. The IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security and fault-finding and deleted after 90 days.
- Dealer downloads. The username of the dealer who downloaded a file, and when, kept for licensing and support.
This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
What we collect as a software provider
When you license Willpower, we hold your business contact details and billing information. Where you use the backup service or Willpower Cloud, your business data, which may include the personal information of your customers and staff, is stored on servers in South Africa under an operator agreement with you. We process it only on your instruction and protect it with access controls, encryption in transit and regular backups.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to deliver what you asked for (for example a payment provider you connect to the till), with our dealers who support your site, or when the law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing, and complain to the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za). Write to info@willpowerpos.co.za.
